Media Author Employment Contract
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] between ikziezombies.com, henceforth referred to as “the Company,” and [Employee’s Name], henceforth referred to as “the Employee.”
Term of Employment: The Employee shall be engaged as a Media Author for a maximum period of 3 months, commencing on [Start Date] and terminating on [End Date].
Roles and Responsibilities: The Employee agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and produce content related to media and authors for ikziezombies.com.
- Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to the Company’s content guidelines.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure timely delivery of content.
Compensation: The Employee shall receive financial benefits equivalent to that of a Dutch newspaper round, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Confidentiality: The Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data belonging to ikziezombies.com during and after the termination of this Agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Employee shall return any Company-owned property or materials in their possession.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. The parties agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City], Netherlands.
